TrueNorthCareer is a web-based, AI-powered career companion platform. It helps users structure career exploration, prepare for professional development conversations, track job applications, and generate tailored career documents (CVs and cover letters). The platform builds an evolving professional profile — called a Digital Twin — from user-provided data and platform interactions, which enables increasingly personalised guidance over time.

Scores users on 8 dimensions using a 1 (Fail) / 2 (Pass) / X (Top 10%) rating scale. Includes a performance dashboard with spider charts, historical session tracking, and AI-generated Key Learnings after each session. Case types include profitability analysis, market entry, M&A due diligence, cost restructuring, digital transformation, and growth strategy. Supports voice input for natural case discussion. 360° Feedback System
